Yes, there is a gas central heating. Don’t worry, it doesn’t smell of gas and the temperature is perfect. You don’t need to spend a lot of money because it’s a first floor and the heating system is on the ground floor. Besides, the flat is really well insulated.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection?

Yes, there is a Wi-Fi internet connection / an incredible high speed 5g cable internet connection of about 600 Gigabytes.

Is there a garage? /garásh

Yes, there is a private /prái-vet/ garage with capacity for two cars and automatic door with remote control.

How far is the flat from shops and public transport?

The flat is 5 minutes from shops and public transport. It’s located down town, on the high street so ‘everything is at hand’.

How much is the rent?

The rent is only 900 euros a month. It’s a bargain! /bár-gan However, you have to pay a deposit. It’s a three-month deposit, so it’s 2700 euros plus the first rent. So, you have to pay 3600 euros in total.

Dear students, 2021 has finally arrived, with hopes, dreams... and the contents for the January exams ;)

The writing will be of two short texts of 90-120 words, based on one of these possibilities "a memorable moment", the "description of a house" or "daily routine in the past". 

For the spoken monologue and mediation, the same contents, "daily routine in the past" "description of a house" and "memorable moment". There will be a photo or some visual help. Preparation 4 minutes, presentation 3 minutes. Individually. 

For the spoken dialogue, formulation of questions and answers in turns of Student A and Student B about past experiences and description of a house. There will be cards, a photo or some visual help. Preparation time 4 minutes, presentation time 5 minutes. In pairs.

The reading and listening will be as usual, two texts and two audios with questions about the content.
